"I've always believed there must be a better, more efficient way of servicing our clients and customers". Committed to that belief, Judi is consistently at the forefront of her industry, to the extent that colleagues look to her for ideas and training on how to be more effective and efficient in servicing their own clientele. In Judi's words "the end result is that, not only am I able to give my own clients top notch service, but I can also be instrumental in "raising the bar" of outstanding service for my industry as a whole. Watching that take place is in and of itself very gratifying to me". 

With more than 60% of her business over more than 20 years in Real Estate derived from repeat and referral business (the Internet consumer now accounts for an increasingly significant percentage of her "new" business), Judi attributes her success to one very simple formula - "find out what the client really wants from you, then give them more of it than they expect". Colleagues describe Judi as a "techno-savvy people-person". As such, her clients benefit both from Judi's warm, enthusiastic, resourceful nature as well as her ability to utilize resources that most of her colleagues don't even know exist. These resources help to make the house hunting process more efficient and effective for her buyers, as well as making the home sale process easier, less intrusive, and more profitable for her sellers.
