My Experience, Credentials, and Track Record Real Estate Excellence, one family at a time. The Real Estate profession is all about people. It's about helping families realize dreams and work through challenges. Something significant is happening in someone's life. It may be a wedding, a divorce, a death, or a birth, a promotion, or a job loss ... it may be sorrowful, it may be joyful. But whatever it is, it means change. And that family in the midst of change wants someone who understands their situation and the options available to them, who can discuss with them the risks and benefits of those options, and who can offer the advantage of having "been through it" many hundreds of times before. Always eager to find new and effective ways to service her buyers and sellers, Judi has enthusiastically embraced the opportunities and potential that new technologies have afforded. "I've always believed there must be a better, more efficient way of servicing our clients and customers". Committed to that belief, Judi is consistently at the forefront of her industry, to the extent that colleagues look to her for ideas and training on how to be more effective and efficient in servicing their own clientele. In Judi's words "the end result is that, not only am I able to give my own clients top notch service, but I can also be instrumental in "raising the bar" of outstanding service for my industry as a whole. Watching that take place is in and of itself very gratifying to me". With more than 60% of her business over more than 20 years in Real Estate derived from repeat and referral business (the Internet consumer now accounts for an increasingly significant percentage of her "new" business), Judi attributes her success to one very simple formula - "find out what the client really wants from you, then give them more of it than they expect". Colleagues describe Judi as a "techno-savvy people-person". As such, her clients benefit both from Judi's warm, enthusiastic, resourceful nature as well as her ability to utilize resources that most of her colleagues don't even know exist. These resources help to make the house hunting process more efficient and effective for her buyers, as well as making the home sale process easier, less intrusive, and more profitable for her sellers. Staying overall "on top of her game" for nearly two decades is no accident. Judi has, from the beginning, made a concerted effort to learn, to be involved. She has earned: | | Real Estate Broker | | | RECS Member in good standing | | | Professional Standards Committee (3 years) for Realtor Association (RWSSC) | | | Past Chairperson, Equal Opportunity in Housing | | | Past committee member for Education & Fair Housing Committees | | | Member of the Realtor Association of West/South Suburban Chicago (RWSSC) | | | Member National Association of Realtors (NAR) | | | Member Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR) | | | Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) | | | Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) | | | e-PRO Certified | | | Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) |
There's an old saying that goes something like "lucky is the person who loves to do something, then is able to find a way to make a living doing it". For Judi, helping others through one of their own life's major journeys is not just a job….it's a joy!

Time to Move >Smooth Moves
There are many details to handle when you move out of one house and into another. Since it is easy to forget things in the rush of moving, making a written checklist of everything that needs to be done is an invaluable aid.
Be sure to include such tasks as providing the post office, your bank, credit card companies, and publications to which you subscribe with your new address. Let your insurance agent know about the move to ensure that your personal property will be covered at both houses. Call the utility companies ahead of time to arrange for the cut-off and turn-on dates for gas, electricity, water and telephone service. Put important documents, such as birth or marriage certificates, tax returns and home ownership documents together in a safe place as you pack, so that you can locate them easily.
It will give you a great deal of satisfaction to check off each item on your list as it is handled.
